How it works
book an appointment and chose your dress
Feel free to bring a friend. Remember to bring any shoes, jewelry, undergarments or shapewear you might like to wear with your dress. For $39 we offer a 45 minute booking to try on as many dresses as you like within the time allocated. You will be asked to pay $39 upon booking your appointment. Our dresses start from $180 + GST. To secure your dress a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
pick up or have your dress couriered to you
Pay the remaining hire fee either in person or via online banking before receiving your dress. Choose to pick up your dress in person or we can arrange your dress to be couriered to you at your cost.
return your dress
After your event please return your dress on the next business day or as agreed. You may choose to courier the dress back to us. Please make sure to include all hired items to be returned.
Other important information
A 50% deposit will secure the dress for your event with the balance being payable upon pickup Cancellations for any reason will not result in the deposit refund. If you paid the complete hire price then a store credit will be issued less your deposit. If your event is postponed provided the dress is available then we will rebooked for that date. No alterations are to be made to the item while you have it along with no ironing unless otherwise advised. If your hire dress needs alterations there may be a fee for that. We have all our garments dry cleaned upon return. This cost is already taken care of within the hire fee. If for some unfortunate reason the garment becomes damaged or severally stained and is no longer rentable then an extra fee may apply.
